VOAW aims to integrate vulnerable women and girls into the Dutch society from the beginning in 2010. This project aims to support women in a short trajectory of three months. In this short amount of time, they build a network of peers, talk in Dutch about their personal stories, and get in touch with other professional organizations. VOAW introduces them also to the local community centre where they can participate in other activities according to their need. At the end of this trajectory, many women are connected to language organizations such as Stichting Mano or to activities that the local community centre offers.
